Anca managed this project for VIEWS Belgium. The promotor of this exchange was Yannick Breuer (Info-Handicap (+352) 366 466-1) and he has contacts with Polish and French organisations as well.
The project was proposed to physically impaired young people who love music. Luxemburg has indeed been elected cultural city for 2007 : it organises a big concert and Music 4 All was part of it. The spectacle was recorded and a CD is being produced. Quite a few interesting and exciting moments of exchange !
