Ever since VIEWS was set up at the end of 2001, it organises summer camps gathering young Europeans, the majority of which are visually impaired. From the start and until 2006 8 partner countries worked with VIEWS. Those partners are now organising themselves summer camps with VIEWS.
The number of partnerships asked for grows every year. In order to maintain our starting objectives and yet respond to the demand, VIEWS proposed as of 2007 various camps during the year. The objective is for conviviality, free choice and search for autonomy - which are specific to our exchanges - remain possible in groups of humanly manageable sizes.
