A solid partnership thanks to two feasibility visits funded by the BIJ, or Belgian Youth Programme of the European Commission (the BIJ's website).
After 2 years activities, VIEWS decided at the beginning of 2004 to open up to new partners : during 3 days in February 2004 and in February 2005, a dozen partners from 8 different countries of the European Union at large met in Liège (Belgium): parents, professionals, teachers, representatives of associations and universities.
The objective of those meetings is to get to know one another and to work together around a common project.
