VIEWS has statutes and internal regulations. On 29 june 2008 the effectif members voted new statutes and new by-laws. The structure and the objectifs remain unchanged, but the accent is put on the financial accessibility of our projects and on the actif participation of the effectif members; the activities of the development comity are replaced with ongoing training by and for the staff members and the youngsters.
